Implicit was founded by the team behind Azul Engineering — an 8(a) certified engineering firm established in 2011, based in Chevy Chase, MD.
Azul Engineering has 15+ years of experience building critical systems for the FAA — including NISIS, NOTAMS, CARF, and the Symphony Suite — spanning software development, systems engineering, data modeling, and analytics.
